Man Killed in Hit-and-Run Accident
olice were on the scene of a fatal hit-and-run near the intersection of Patterson and Glenwood Avenues Friday night.
Investigators said a dark blue or black Expedition was traveling westbound on Glenwood Avenue toward East Atlanta Village when it hit a homeless man who was crossing the street.
Police said the vehicle hit the man and kept going. According to police, the victim died at the scene.
