Roswell police say Keith Adams (L) and his brother Alan Adams, Jr. (R) were arrested Tuesday, June 28, after trying to steal over a $1,000 worth of DVD's from a Super Target Store in Roswell.

ROSWELL, Ga. - Two brothers are facing shoplifting charges after trying to remove DVDs from a Roswell Super Target store.

Roswell police say Alan Adams, Jr. and his brother Keith were arrested Tuesday after trying to steal over a $1,000 worth of DVDs at the store located on Woodstock Road.

Surveillance video showed the brothers taking DVDs and placing them in a basket. According to police, when Target loss prevention officers approached them, they fled on foot, dropping the basket full of DVDs and their car keys in the parking lot.

Roswell police soon arrived on the scene. Allen Adams was captured and arrested. When his brother Keith retued to the scene to retrieve his vehicle, he was also arrested.

Both face felony shoplifting charges.
