Body of Missing Gwinnett County Firefighter David Carr Found
The body of a missing Gwinnett County firefighter has been located in a north Fulton County park after an extensive search.
Roswell police say they searched the Lita Williams Park in Roswell for missing Gwinnett County firefighter David Carr after Carr's vehicle was located at the park.
Police say a jogger spotted Carr's 2009 white Jeep Wrangler around 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
David Carr was reported missing Tuesday by his wife, say police. At that time, Carr's wife – Colleen Grainger – expressed conce for his well-being.
The cause of death has not been determined.
Officials say they are treating Carr's death as a suicide.
