Bed Bath & Beyond employee announces his resignation... on a PRICE TAG

Resignation letter: A disgruntled Bed Bath & Beyond employee took some liberties with a tag for a NuWave oven, saying several profane things about his or her boss

A disgruntled worker at Bed, Bath & Beyond left a not-so-subtle message to his boss offering his resignation.

A worker for the home goods store wrote on the price tag for a $119 NuWave Pro oven: ‘This is for fat f***s, my boss is a p****, I’M QUITTING TODAY.’

The tags are usually meant to spell out the product’s features, not the employees many aggravations with it and his boss.

The tag was posted by Reddit user mastranios earlier this week. The site user was apparently perusing the store when they saw this price tag.

‘Saw this at Bed, Bath & Beyond,’ they wrote, according to The Consumerist.

MailOnline cannot independently verify whether the tag is real or not. A spokesperson for the company did not immediately respond to MailOnline's request for comment.

The product description for the NuWave Pro Infrared Oven boasts that users can ‘enjoy healthy and convenient food in just minutes,’ cooking food faster than conventional ovens.

Bed Bath & Beyond was founded in 1971 and nets almost a billion dollars each year.
