Another lawsuit filed after fatal W Hotel fall in Midtown Atlanta

ATLANTA -- A third woman involved in a deadly accident at the W Hotel in midtown Atlanta has filed a lawsuit.

Tokiko George said she was hurt when she tried to stop her two friends from falling out of a 10th-floor window in June.

The suit claims that the hotel knew about the broken and faulty windows and did nothing.

George is seeking damages for pain and suffering, mental distress and lost wages.

The hotel owners said they can't discuss the lawsuit but are praying for the victims and their families.
