The jackpot for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing is an estimated $260 million to a single winner paid out over 30 years. Players may also opt for the cash option of an estimated $161.1 million.
Powerball is a multi-state lottery played in Georgia and 41 other states as well as Washington, D.C. and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Drawings are at 11 p.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays.
A single ticket costs $2 with a Power Play options for an additional charge which gives players an option to multiply non-jackpot winnings.
