Three more arrests in MARTA assault include 12-year-old
MARTA police are looking for David George Watkins, 19, who faces aggravated battery, aggravated assault and attempted robbery charges.

A 12-year-old boy was among three juveniles arrested late Wednesday in connection with the April 16 assault of two Delta flight attendants on a MARTA rail car headed to Hartsfield-Jackson Inteational Airport.

Transit authority spokesman Lyle Harris said MARTA police are searching for a fourth suspect, David George Watkins, 19, who faces aggravated battery, aggravated assault and attempted robbery charges. Harris said Watkins is considered dangerous and asks anyone with information to contact MARTA police at 404-848-4911.

Police have now arrested six suspects, including four juveniles ranging in age from 12 to 16. They are being held in the Metro Regional Youth Detention Center charged with robbery by force, attempted robbery by force and aggravated battery. Because of their ages, police are withholding their names.

Harris said investigators have not yet concluded whether the teens were involved with a well-known street gang, "BFPL."

Siblings Zantavious Sanchez Scott, 20, and Jarquez Scott, 19, of Atlanta, charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and robbery by force, were denied bond at their initial court appearances Wednesday.

Police say the youths boarded the MARTA rail car after leaving a party near downtown. They promptly assaulted two male flight attendants, stealing one's wallet. Neither victim was seriously injured.
