Teen Naquelle Ballard charged in baby snatching faces evaluation
The teenager accused in the attempted kidnapping of a newbo from a local hospital, is heading back to court on Tuesday.
Police say 19-year-old Naquelle Ballard disguised herself as a nurse and tried to take the child from Southe Regional Medical Center in Riverdale.
But police say an alarm went off and two employees wrestled the baby away from Ballard , who fled.
She was arrested a short time later and now faces kidnapping and false imprisonment charges.
