Alpharetta police say three Hispanic men have been arrested in connection with an August 15 home invasion in Forsyth County.

Police say on August 15, the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene of a home invasion within their county.

An alert was then issued to be on the look out for a black Ford Crown Victoria with tinted windows containing Hispanic males possibly impersonating as police officers. The suspects were alleged to be carrying a badge, gun, pepper spray, handcuffs and a flashlight, say police.

Police say shortly after the alleged incident, an Alpharetta police officer located the suspected vehicle traveling southbound on Highway 9 in Alpharetta. The officer followed the vehicle as additional police units responded to the area. A tag check on the Ford did not match. Alpharetta police conducted a felony traffic stop on the vehicle on Old Milton Parkway.

The three men were taken out of the vehicle. A search of the vehicle recovered a loaded 9MM handgun, BB rifle, gloves, several canisters of pepper spray, black flashlight, a silver security badge with holder and clothing, say authorities.

Units from the Forsyth County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and took custody of the suspects, vehicle and property.

Arrested were Orlin Avila-Castellano, Bryan Manuel Bonilla and Jairo De Los Santos for numerous felonies.
