Prison Time For Atlanta Radiologist Rajashahker P. Reddy

An Atlanta radiologist Rajashahker P. Reddy has been sentenced to more than four years in federal prison on charges of health care, wire and mail fraud.

Reddy was convicted in July. He was sentenced Thursday to four years, six months in prison followed by three years of supervised release, and fined $15,000. He was also ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $919,000.

Authorities say Reddy’s company, Reddy Solutions Inc., provided radiologist services to various hospitals in the Southeast, signing and submitting reports that he had not reviewed.
