Police are investigating a deadly shooting between a Waffle House employee and customer Friday moing.

The shooting stemmed from a dispute between a worker at the restaurant and customer. The employee shot and killed the man at the restaurant on Fulton Industrial Boulevard and Shirley Drive just after 4:30 a.m.

When officers arrived on scene, they found the body of the victim, 33-year-old Adrian Mosley, at the location.

The employee was arrested. He was identified as 25-year-old Quintavius Martin.

Martin was charged with murder, among other charges.

Some customers and employees were taken to police headquarters for questioning.
