Police say two people are behind bars after a high-speed chase from Douglasville to southwest Atlanta.
They say it all started this afteoon with the theft of 12-hundred-dollars worth of shirts from the Belk store at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville.
Officers responding to the call spotted the suspect's vehicle and chased it along I-20 east to I-285 south and onto MLK drive.
