-Cobb County police a mom was arrested for severely beating her son with a belt, a broom and stomping on him

According to the police report, Nakeisha Logan was arrested and is facing child cruelty charge after her 5-year-old son told police that his mom hit him with a belt as he hid under the bed. Then, the child said his mom hit him with a broom and threw a box of toys him. He said she then grabbed his head and slammed it into the floor numerous times before stomping on his stomach. The young boy told authorities ”he felt like he was going to throw up.

Police said the little boy was able to talk to investigators before he was taken to a local hospital. His face was red and swollen and he was bleeding from his cheeks.
