ATLANTA -- An associate pastor was found shot to death at a home on Cascade Road, Channel 2’s Eric Philips confirmed.

The victim, identified as Derek Moses, had multiple gunshot wounds to the head, Atlanta police investigators said.

A co-worker made the discovery in the 2000 block of Cascade Road shortly before 10 a.m. Monday.

Police said the victim’s blue BMW was missing from the location, but was later found on Montreat Avenue.

Philips confirmed that the victim served as an associate pastor at Providence Missionary Baptist Church in southwest Atlanta.

Police are working to track down the gunman who killed an Atlanta pastor. Derek Moses, 56, was found shot to death Monday at an office on Cascade Road where he also worked as an accountant.
