Police arrest Jaquan Lemon and Tori Riascos in connection with DeKalb rape, kidnapping
DeKalb County authorities have arrested 2 people in connection with a rape, kidnapping and robbery that happened earlier this month at the Atlas LaVista Hills apartments on Parklake Drive.
Police say Jaquan Lemon, 27, has been charged with one count of rape, two counts of armed robbery and two kidnapping. A woman, Tori Riascos, 21, was also arrested as police believe she benefited from the robberies. Riascos has been charged with theft by receiving.
Police believe they may have stopped a serial rapist.
”We don’t know how many other victims may come up and report being robbed or sexually assaulted, which could be determined by this particular same subject, DeKalb Public Safety Director Cedric Alexander said.
