Police say 40-year-old Jamell Richmond of Lilburn is facing murder and aggravated assault charges after a shooting at a home on Pucketts Drive on Tuesday., January 31.

Gwinnett County police say they have arrested a man in connection with a deadly shooting in Lilbu.

Police say 40-year-old Jamell Richmond of Lilbu is facing murder and aggravated assault charges after a shooting at a home on Pucketts Drive on Tuesday . The shooting left 29-year-old Demarcus Collins dead and 32-year-old Monica Tamez of Tucker injured.

Police say Tucker is in critical condition at Gwinnett Medical Center. She is expected to survive her injuries.

Richmond is being held at the Gwinnett County Jail
