Person of Interest in South Carolina Murder Turns Himself In
FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ga. - A person of interest in connection with a murder in South Carolina has tued himself in to authorities in Lavonia.
Investigators say Kacy Roberson was found dead in her home in Anderson Wednesday night. Keith Rucker was named a person of interest in the case.
Police located the car he was driving, abandoned behind an elementary school in Lavonia.
Investigators say Rucker tued himself in before noon.
