COBB COUNTY, Ga. -- A 16-year-old wanted in connection with the killing of his 13-year-old brother is now in custody, according to Cobb County police.

Police said they were called to Marietta's Eastside Mobile Home Park after a shooting Thursday night. When officers arrived, they found Javier Mondragon dead.

Friends identified the victim as the younger brother of the suspect, Oscar Mondragon. They described the elder Mondragon as a troublemaker, who has fought with his stepfather and been arrested in the past.

Oscar Mondragon is wanted on charges of felony murder, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm by a minor. He is considered armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Cobb police at 770-499-3945.
