More Snow Days: Parents Try to Keep Kids Busy
ATLANTA, Ga. - With snow and ice covering most Metro Atlanta streets, most kids spent another day at home on Wednesday. That might be fun for the children, but it’s a big problem for some parents who are running out of ways to keep them entertained.
Kids were spotted sledding at a park in Atlanta’s Virginia Highland neighborhood. Parents there said they are still waiting to hear from school districts as to whether or not their children would be back in the classroom on Thursday.
Other parents said they were running out of creative ways to keep their kids busy. Some were forced to work from home while their kids were out of school.
