ATLANTA, Ga – The Fulton County district attoey announced the conviction of three gang members in the murder of a 29-year-old Atlanta man.

Officials say in a March 2015 home invasion, 22-year-old Larry Ivory, 21-year-old Tony Rucker and 20-year-old Aaron Simmons forced their way into Deontavious Wright's apartment

Wright a "well-known drug dealer" in southwest Atlanta's Hagos Park apartment complex was found shot to death, according to Fulton County D.A. Paul Howard.

The suspects were accused of stealing $400 from Wright, in addition to allegedly stealing drugs and cell phones from three other people in the apartment.

Simmons allegedly told Rucker to shoot Wright after the robbery, according to the district attoey. Wright had fatal gunshot wounds to his head and chest.

The district attoey said all three suspects were identified by the other people in the apartment, and were convicted by a jury of murder, home invasion; criminal street gang activity; and gun charges.

The three will be sentenced later this week.
