Largest credit card fraud criminal in Georgia caught after failing to pay rent
Keith Michael Francis

A landlord at a Hiram office building, fed up with a renters failure to pay rent, stumbled upon a major credit card manufacturing scheme.

According to Paulding County Deputies, Keith Michael Francis, 44, was running one of the largest operations ever discovered in the state of Georgia.

When police responded to the Hiram office they discovered more than a thousand cards they say Francis created using stolen numbers.

Deputies are still investigating if Francis was using the cards strictly for his own gain or was selling them.

Francis faces several felony charges.
