- Police continue to search for the man witnesses said opened fire on the mother of his children outside her family's home Sunday afteoon.

Justin Cox, 40, is wanted on multiple charges including homicide murder, possession of a firearm during a crime and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.  Investigators could not immediately provide information about Cox's criminal record.  

According to Marietta Police, Cox shot Felicia Miller, 34, as she sat in her driveway on Pin Oak Court around 4:00 p.m.  Multiple neighbors called 911 to report hearing shots and other called to notify police they had seen a man running from the neighborhood.  Paramedics transported Miller to Kennestone Hospital where she later died.

Family members said Miller was a mother of five young children, three of which belonged to Cox.  

Anyone who knows where Cox may be should contact Marietta Police at 770-794-5345.  Investigators ask anyone who sees Cox not to approach him, but to instead dial 911.
