Jury Seated in Atlanta Trial For Killing of Repo Man Brandon Thomas

ATLANTA - A jury has been seated in Superior Court in Atlanta for the trial of a man charged with killing one man and wounding another when they tried to repossess his car.

Opening arguments are expected Tuesday in the trial of 30-year-old Justin Moore, who is charged with the shooting death of 27-year-old Brandon Thomas last November. He's also charged with wounding 38-year-old Willie Thackston.

Prosecutors say the repo men loaded Moore's car onto a tow truck and and began driving it away. They say Moore caught up to them driving a van assigned by his employer and opened fire.

Authorities say Moore unloaded his car from the truck and led police on a high-speed chase into Clayton County before he was captured.
