Interstate 285 South of Airport Shut Down
ATLANTA - Interstate 285 south of the airport is shut down early Tuesday moing.
Traffic is at a standstill on Interstate 285 eastbound near the Interstate 75 interchange due to the road being a sheet of ice.
An accident involving a tractor trailer truck Monday night blocked the Interstate and the icy conditions is slowing clean up.
No word on when the lanes will be reopened.
