Hundreds of Drunk Teens Fight in Athens, Ga. Club El Paisano

ATHENS, Ga. - It took more than a dozen officers to break up fights and disperse hundreds of teens after an Athens nightclub's event got out of hand.

Athens-Clarke County police said on Wednesday they found hundreds of underage patrons many who were drunk and brawling inside and outside El Paisano.

Officers found teens bloodied from fights, cups of alcohol and other evidence that there was underage drinking.

An incident report said the scene was so chaotic that an officer had to let a 16-year-old standing outside the club with a bottle of vodka free because there were more urgent problems inside.

Police say there were more than 300 teens at the event, and some were fighting in the parking lot even after police arrived.
