Havana Club employee Emily Jarrett charged with vehicular homicide

An employee with the Havana Club is facing vehicular homicide charges. Police say Emily Jarrett ran over and killed a man outside the club on Maple Drive around 1 a.m. Friday moing.
 
Investigators have identified that man as 37-year-old Emmanuel Phillips.

A valet driver called 911. After police reviewed a surveillance video and inspected a car, they arrested Jarrett.
