HALL COUNTY, GA  - Hall County police say a man is under arrest after he set a bedroom on fire while three kids were in the home.

According to court documents, Austin Hughes, 20, is accused of intentionally setting fire in the bedroom of the home on April 7 in the 5900 block of Elland Heights Road.

Hughes is facing aggravated assault, arson and three counts of cruelty to children charges.

No one was injured.
