Kenny Wayne Oliver, 20, was arrested in South Carolina Wednesday afteoon, according to the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

Investigators said the incident happened on August 5 when Oliver was staying at the victim’s home on Spring Terrace. The woman woke up to find lacerations to her neck and hands, according to deputies.
