Security has been ramped up outside the Fox Theatre in Atlanta in preparation for Donald Trump’s political rally on Wednesday afteoon.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump will speak to supporters around noon and police plan to shut down the streets around the venue beginning at nine am. Attendees are advised to allow themselves extra time ahead of the event to go through security.

Special Agent Malcolm Wiley of the Secret Service’s Atlanta Field office said ”Anyone who would be attending the event can expect to go through similar screening to what they would experience at the airport.

Attendees with general admission tickets will not be allowed to bring in homemade signs, banners, and professional cameras with a detachable lens, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, back packs or large bags.
