Former Atlanta Braves outfielder Andruw Jones was arrested early Christmas moing in Gwinnett County.

According to officials, the Gwinnett County Police Department responded to a domestic dispute between the five-time All-Star and his wife early Tuesday. Police said that probable cause was established to arrest Jones, who was transported and booked into the Gwinnett County Jail just before 4 a.m. on battery charges.

Records show Jones has since bonded out on $2,400.

Jones was with the Braves franchise for 12 years beginning with his 1996 debut which took him to World Series. During those years, he won 10 consecutive Golden Gloves beginning in 1998.

The 35-year-old finalized a $3.5 million, 1-year contract with the Rakuten Eagles of Japan's Pacific League earlier this month.
