Dekalb police arrest Pharoh Swindle in murder of cab driver
Police say good old-fashion police work lead to the arrest of 19-year-old man in the shooting dead of a cab driver early Friday moing in DeKalb County.
Investigators say Pharoh Swindle was the man who shot and killed Dedrick Darcelin, a Checker Cab driver. Police found Darcelin's body slumped over the steering wheel of his cab early Friday moing near the Northe Avenue Apartments. He had picked up a passenger in downtown Atlanta.
Swindle is being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond.
