Family members and DeKalb County police are searching for a missing Clark Atlanta University student last seen heading to her graduation ceremony.

Alexis Jones-Rhodes, also known as ”AJ or ”Lexi, left her home in Decatur at 4 a.m. Monday wearing her black cap and gown. She was supposed to check in at the student center for graduation at 6 a.m. but never made it.

Jones-Rhodes was driving a black Hyundai Sonata with Georgia license plate BPC 6177.

Her parents, along with about 40 friends and family members, became worried when she did not walk across the stage. They later leaed the fashion merchandising major never checked in and they contacted police.
