Buckhead Man Hemy Zvi Neuman Arrested In Dunwoody Preschool Kill

DUNWOODY, Ga. -- Dunwoody police have made an arrest in connection with the shooting death of a man outside a Dunwoody day care and preschool.

Sgt. Michael Carlson e-mailed GA Daily News a picture of the suspect, identified as Hemy Zvi Neuman, 48, of Buckhead.

Rusty Sneiderman was gunned down on Nov. 18. after dropping his child off at Dunwoody Prep.

One week before his death, police said the businessman had called police to report a suspicious person behind his house.

Police said Neuman is being held at the DeKalb County Jail without bond. He is charged with murder.
