Brandon Lamar Philpot was arrested Monday and charged with felony murder in the Sept. 28, 2010 death of Aaron Holloway, 33, of Mableton. Philpot, who was being held without bond Monday night in the Fulton County jail, has been jailed numerous times since Holloway’s death, booking records show. On his way to the Fulton County jail, Brandon philpot denied he had anything to do with the robbery that led to murder. "I ain't do sh*t" he said to the camera

Holloway died after two gunmen invaded a home on Martin Street, near Tuer Field, and demanded everyone get on the floor, Atlanta police previously told The Atlanta Joual-Constitution.

But one of the people in the home, which doubled as a recording studio, got into a struggle with a gunman and several shots were fired, according to police. Two men were shot and survived, and a woman sustained broken bones as she escaped through a window.

Holloway, a music engineer, was killed. His wife was pregnant with the couple’s first child at the time.
