Nick Gordon, Bobbi Kristina Brown's husband, was arrested after a single-vehicle accident in Roswell Thursday.

Roswell police said at 11:37 a.m., Gordon was driving a BMW sedan on Holcomb Bridge Road near the intersection of Bawell Road.

The investigation shows that Gordon attempted to change lanes, struck a curb and overtued, striking a fire hydrant.

Neither Gordon nor his passenger, Mason Whitaker, was injured.

Gordon was arrested and taken to the Roswell Detention Center on charges of DUI less safe, failure to maintain lane, and driving with a suspended license.

Bobbi Kristina is the daughter of Boggy Brown and the late Whitney Houston.

Brown and Gordon were married this year.
