Atlanta Police find vehicle with bullet holes, 600 pounds of pot, cash
ATLANTA -- Atlanta police made a remarkable discovery Sunday moing: a vehicle with multiple bullet holes, nearly 600 pounds of marijuana and cash.
"Officers were patrolling in the area of Farrington Avenue and Martin Street when they heard multiple shots being fired," John Chafee with Atlanta Police said.
When officers searched the area, they discovered the vehicle with bullet holes. Police said no one was in the vehicle and they didn't find a gunshot victim either.
GA Daily News reporter Rebecaa Lindstrom spoke to several people who were nearby when the shooting occurred.
"I heard the shots," witness Mishca Walker said.
"About six (shots), it was quick," witness Perry Richards said.

As soon as those shots were fired, Walker told Lindstrom that Atlanta police were at the scene.
Police said they found more than 50 bricks of marijuana. They won't release a motive for the shooting, but Richards has his own idea.
"It was a drug deal gone bad," Richards said. "Someone was trying to rob, (it was a) set-up."
