Armored Truck Robbed, Guard Shot In DeKalb
DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. -- Police said a gunman robbed an armored car and shot a security guard in Stone Mountain on Friday moing.
Newschopper 2 showed a large crime scene at the intersection of Redan and South Hairston roads in DeKalb County.
Police say the shooting and robbery happened as Loomis workers loaded money into an ATM.
DeKalb police spokesman Jason Gagnon told GA Daily News the suspects took one bag of cash. Gagnon said the men may have also robbed a store in DeKalb County on Friday.
