Andrea Sneiderman in Legal Battle With In-Laws
Andrea Sneiderman

The widow of an entrepreneur shot and killed outside a suburban Atlanta preschool is locked in a legal battle with her former in-laws over visitation rights to their two grandchildren.

Andrea Sneiderman says in a petition filed Wednesday in Fulton County Superior Court that she's been wrongly targeted by the parents of her deceased husband Russell.

She says her in-laws haven't acted in the best interests of the children because they've alleged she was involved in her husband's murder.

An attoey for the parents didn't immediately comment.

Andrea Sneiderman's former boss Hemy Neuman was convicted of the November 2010 killing and was sentenced to life in prison without parole.

Defense lawyers and prosecutors linked the shooting to an affair between the two. Andrea Sneiderman has denied an affair.
