Amber Alert: Evans man Jason Arlis Johnson wanted for child molestation, kidnapping
COLUMBIA COUNTY, Ga. – The Columbia County Sheriff's Office issued an Amber Alert for a 15-year-old girl they believe was abducted in Evans, Georgia, on Sunday.
The Sheriff's deputies say Calah Noel Waskow is in extreme danger and are looking for the suspect, 37-year-old Jason Arlis Johnson, who may be in a tan 1998 Ford Crown Victoria with a South Carolina license plate number KVJ240.
Johnson is wanted on one count of aggravated child molestation, one count of molestation, one count of enticing a child for indecent purposes and one count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Calah is described as a white female with brown hair and blue eyes. She is said to be 5 feet, 4 inches tall and weighs about 100 pounds.
The 37-year-old Johnson is described as 5 feet, 8 inches tall and weighing 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
In addition to Aggravated Child Molestation, Johnson has outstanding warrants for Child Molestation, Enticing a Child for Indecent Purposes and Contributing to the delinquency of a Minor.
Anyone who sees Johns is asked to call 911.
