A mother was charged after police said she left four kids in a hot car Monday.

A woman faces four counts of reckless conduct after leaving her four kids inside a car, Atlanta police confirmed.

Police say Chaae Mosley left her children, aged 6, 4, 2, 1, inside of her SUV for about 16 minutes while she shopped at Kroger on Headland Drive Southwest. Police said the windows were rolled up and the doors were locked.

Police said the children are OK.

The mother will be taken to Fulton County Jail.

Officials with the Division of Family and Children Services were called to the scene. The children were released to their grandmother.
