2 Killed In Henry County Plane Crash
HENRY COUNTY, Ga. -- A small plane crashed in northwest Henry County on Tuesday moing, authorities said.
Authorities said there were two people on board the aircraft. The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed to GA Daily News that both people were killed.
The plane landed in an area near Fortson and Lower Woolsey roads, just south of Tara Field and west of Atlanta Motor Speedway at about 11:45 a.m.
The plane was registered to a manufacturer in Carson City, Nevada.
