At least six young illegal immigrants were arrested Tuesday at the rally protesting Georgia’s immigration law. Three of those young people were juveniles, and they were released to their parents. They were among a group that had gathered at the state capitol to protest HB 87. Authorities say they were arrested after police said they blocked traffic to protest the state’s new immigration policies.

Baeza, Guerrero and Vasquez were all released on bond on Wednesday afteoon.  The judge ordered them to serve 40 hours of community service, and they are to retu to court in mid-August to proof that they've completed that requirement.

All three of the young people told FOX 5 they do not regret their actions.  Their lawyer said that completion of their community service requirement should lead to dismissal of the charges against them.  The lawyer also said because they were released without any action by federal immigration authorities, it's unlikely that they will face deportation.
