Young guys (try to) impress the ladies with funny videos

Is "Tosh.0" the key to young love? That's what a new survey conducted by Comedy Central found (sort of).

The network with an audience that consists primarily of young men commissioned Nielsen to study how valuable comedy is to "millennials" (those bo after 1981).

More than half (58 percent) of the 2,000 surveyed online said they would send funny videos to make a special impression on someone.

For 88 percent, sense of humor is "crucial to self-definition," and 74 percent said "funny people are more popular." As one network executive puts it: " ... unlike previous generations, humor, and not music, is their No. 1 form of self-expression."

How important is a sense of humor in a partner?
