How long is it possible to stare into someone's eyes before it starts to make them feek awkward? Based on science, not very long, apparently.
According to a new study by the Royal Society Open Science, it takes just 3.3 seconds on average before eye contact becomes awkward. They had 498 participants watch a video of an actor staring and indicate when the eye contact began to feel uncomfortable.
