Police in Cobb County say a woman was critically injured after she was hit by a train on Thursday moing. It happened near the end of a train bridge on Atlanta Road in Smya.
Police say the woman, who is 26 years old, was rushed to Kennestone Hospital. Her identity has not been released. Investigators are trying to figure out what the woman was doing on the tracks.
