ATLANTA - The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra has canceled its musical tribute to Martin Luther King, Jr., because of icy travel conditions.
The tribute was scheduled for Thursday evening.
The concert has been an annual commemoration of the life and work of the civil rights leader for 18 years. It is organized in partnership with the King Center and Morehouse and Spelman colleges.
Refunds will be available to those who bought tickets.
