Police in College Park are investigating a violent early-morning home invasion that took place on Monday. They say masked three suspects forced their way into a home, and then tied and duct-taped a mother, her 19-year-old daughter and a friend.

COLLEGE PARK, Ga. - Police in College Park are investigating a violent early-moing home invasion that took place on Monday. They say masked three suspects forced their way into a home, and then tied and duct-taped a mother, her 19-year-old daughter and a 19-year-old friend.

It happened in the 200 block of Magnolia Walk Lane. According to investigators, the mother was pistol-whipped. They said she is being treated at a local hospital.

Police say the suspects took electronics, cash and a white 2003 Monte Carlo with Georgia license plate BMW 7953. Anyone with information on the suspects or the vehicle is asked to call police.
