A Cherokee County veterinarian is accused of assaulting a mechanic and his fiancee over car repairs

Deputies are trying to find a local veterinarian who's accused of tuing to violence in a dispute over car repairs.

Deputies say Doctor Walton Waller was a regular customer of a mechanic, but he apparently got upset about the status of repairs on his cars. The mechanic and his fiancee said Waller showed up last weekend demanding they give him money. 

Waller is charged with aggravated assault, false imprisonment, and reckless conduct. Deputies consider him armed and dangerous.
