US Marshals, DeKalb Police Search for Suspect Derek Dwayne Frye

U.S Marshals and the DeKalb County fugitive squad are looking for a man they suspect of shooting a police officer.

Police say Derek Frye shot officer Jerome Tillery in the arm Wednesday afteoon during a foot chase on Bouldercrest Road.

Marshals searched the Decatur home of Frye's pateal grandparents Thursday.

Frye's sister is urging her brother to surrender.

Tillery was released from Grady Hospital Thursday.
