The University of Georgia has announced the suspension of two football players for Saturday’s football game after they were arrested.
 
Athens police arrested Natrez Patrick and Chauncey Rivers for misdemeanor marijuana possession early Wednesday moing.
 
The two will now sit out for the game against Kentucky, according to UGA head coach Mark Richt.
 
Richt said he was disappointed with the arrests.
 
”They made a very poor decision and I’m extremely disappointed, said Richt. ”They will be disciplined in an appropriate manner and hopefully have leaed a valuable life lesson that will benefit them moving forward.
